DYP offers the BLUEPRINT© Analysis system in conjunction with ThinkGroup Neurosciences.

The desired traits of the role holder are identified for each position using the BLUEPRINT© Analysis system. A Blind Audition Test is used in conjunction with the PTAT [Personality Trait and Type] test, to provide an analysis of applicants sub-conscious priorities.The assessment results are matched against the desired criteria to provide a position-specific BLUEPRINT© Analysis that predicts the most likely Top 5% performers from the candidate selection pool.
